    		There's one in Seattle too - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Washington_Memorial_Bridge Both appear to be named after the most famous GW rather than, say, George Washington Carver or George Washington of 29 Acacia Close. I'm wondering if I'm missing something in this question. (It does happen...)

    		I think they mean the George Washington Bridge and not the George Washington Memorial Bridge. There is a difference.
