Where was the first undamaged and fully working Zero captured by the United States in World War II?

The first intact Zero was captured on 19 February 1942 at
Melville Island, Northern Territory - Australia it was not undamaged and nor was it captured by Americans. It did provide much valuable information though.
Each of the quiz questions is answered by naming two states and putting 'and' between them: for example, California and Oregon. I was amazed at how rusty my state geography was. How's yours?
