    By when does English author Ben Elton have to remove solar panels from his heritage listed home in Fremantle, WA?

    Ben Elton has been permitted by the council to keep the solar panels on his house for another 25 years, after which he would have to apply for an extension.

    Earlier he was ordered to remove them or face a AUD 50,000 fine!
