    		Robert Byrd, West Virginia

    Byrd has been a Senator since January 3, 1959 and is the longest-serving member in the Senate and the longest-serving member in the entire history of the United States Congress.

    		In view of the UK (and elsewhere) expenses scandal, the term 'serving' tends to make Baloo feel he's missing something. Like money, perhaps?
