How would "Professor" Jimmie Edmondson, in the midst of his act, spell the French word for "after"?

Question #110908. Asked by Datsmeharse. (Nov 20 09 7:24 PM)

    Datsmeharse

That should read "How would have" ..."spelled the French word" etc...
He is not known to have actually done it.

James Edmondson, Sr. (June 10, 1910 – January 29, 1976), also known as Professor Backwards, was a vaudevillian/comedian who appeared on TV from the 1950s to the early 1970s, most notably on The Ed Sullivan Show, The Tonight Show, and The Mike Douglas Show. In addition to traditional stand-up comedy, Edmondson's act featured his ability to write in script that was upside down and/or backwards, spell and pronounce words backwards, and read an inverted blackboard correctly.

Serpa would be apres backwards! Apres is the French word for after.

Just paying you back the compliment Serpa for the "Datsmeharse" question you asked a while ago :-)
It was either this question or a question about the Serpa, Portugal lol.
