The Korean War was the last (and only) time large numbers of piston-engine and jet-engine aircraft shared the wartime skies.

The Korean War was the first war in which jet aircraft played a central role. Once-formidable fighters such as the P-51 Mustang, F4U Corsair, and Hawker Sea Fury — all piston-engined, propeller-driven, and designed during World War II — relinquished their air superiority roles to a new generation of faster, jet-powered fighters arriving in the theater. For the initial months of the war, the F-80 Shooting Star, F9F Panther, and other jets under the UN flag dominated North Korea’s prop-driven air force of Soviet Yakovlev Yak-9 and Lavochkin La-9s. The balance would shift, however, with the arrival of the swept-wing Soviet MiG-15.

I'm looking for a small war the occurred much later than the Korean War. This war was in 1969, lasted only four days, and ended in a draw.

Thanks to your extra clue...
The Football War was fought between July 14 and July 18, 1969 between Honduras and El Salvador....
This included purchasing World War II vintage fighters, such as F4U Corsairs and P-51 Mustangs, from private owners. As a result, the Football War was the last conflict to feature piston-engine fighters dueling one another.
