    		According to this report, it has been announced. "US rap metal band Rage Against The Machine's expletive-ridden 1992 hit Killing In The Name, which has lyrics about rebelling against control, saw off Joe McElderry, the winner of this year's The X Factor singing contest, in the battle for the festive top spot."

    		Looney tunes is correct about the UK no 1 for 2009.

    the rubbish tune by rage against the machine , was sold cheaper , for its downloads, it left the charts again within 2 weeks, and the week after christmas JOE was number 1 ..
