Because of a line in the song that is not fully repeatable on a family site;
"... you, I won't do what you tell me."
The meaning of this line in the context of the battle for Christmas number one, is that it is saying to Simon Cowell - "we won't do what you tell us", i.e. buy the "X Factor" single.
Cowell, of course, doesn't mind because a) it has probably helped sell more copies of the "X Factor" single and b) Rage Against the Machine are on Cowell's own record label anyway.
Simon Cowell already has more money than he knows what to do with; by this choice, the British have expressed their rage at Cowell's impolite mannerisms.
This one is all about the last episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Chosen". If you have any questions or comments please send me a message AngelWillow4.
