That was what I was thinking exactly Knud! How do you know so much about SF if you're in St Louis? I thought if it said Gascon just joined in August or later, he must've had little to do with it. Its amazing how its a 50% drop! Wow that's just amazing, no wonder so little killings in SF in the news.
