Why do Thai restaurants have small skeletons hanging in them?

Question #112498. Asked by Datsmeharse. (Jan 30 10 6:05 PM)

    Dando

I can't give an online reference for this, but various Thais I've approached about this say that they've never heard of this custom - apart from occasionally at Halloween and then only in countries where Halloween is celebrated.
