Google hits very from place to place, for reasons I don't understand. I know that when I google certain words I get different results from those obtained by my US-based family.
Google gave me about 2,010,000,000; Yahoo about 1,600,000,000. I didn't find any other words of more than five letters that came close to these figures, although shop yielded 1,180,000,000.

I just wondered this when finding that (currently, on my computer in the UK at least) "Facebook", with 2,060 million hits had more hits than "Google" with a paltry 1,950 million hits.
