    well, Dwight Eisenhower and Harry Truman were both in WW2.

    Andrew Jackson was involved in the War of 1812.

    George Washington was involved in the American War of
    Independence.

    Are those considered "frogs"?

    No frog has ever been the US president. They all have been white protestant human males, except one that was Catholic and one that is black.

    In the US Air Force, we always used "frog" to describe a Frenchman. Therefore, according to Article 2, Section 1 of the US Constitution, a "frog" is not eligible to be President.
