If it's the Spring, or vernal, equinox, then it's EASTER!

Actually Easter, as observed by the Christian Church since the Council of Nicaea in 325 CE, is calculated from tables and not from the lunisolar event as asked in the question. This was decided partly to disassociate it from the Jewish Passover. The specific dates were not codified until the publication of new Easter tables by Dionysius in 525 CE. There are 29 possible dates on which Easter can fall, the earliest being March 22nd and the latest April 19th.
Thus it is quite possible that Easter can occur on a day that is not the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox, since this is a precise, observable, astronomical event.
Of course, if we are talking about the observance of Easter in the Eastern Orthodox Church, which is calculated from dates in the Julian Calendar rather than the Gregorian Calendar, it is more often that the date is out of sync with the astronomical event.
