    Where did the name "Kaiorewai" of the Orewa estuary come from?

    		I can find few eferences to "kaiorewa" when I Google it. One is this FT question about an island called Crocodile Island (which the answer says seems not to exist in the Kaiorewai Orewa Esturay).

    Other than that, it doesn't seem to exist - Google really wants me to look for Korowai, but that doesn't get me any link to the Orewa Estuary in New Zealand.
