    Does anyone have a map of Greek colonies, Greece/Sicily/Black Sea region/Turkey, showing which ethnic gruop they belong to, like Dorians, Ionians and/or Macdonians?

    Greek colonies and their status changed over time, so there is no single neat answer to your query. Here are some maps with relevant information at different times:
