    		They've not only had a team, they've won gold (1936) with a team that drew protests for having 11 different Canadian born players on it.

    		Curious...the Wikipedia page describes the Canada/UK situation at that Olympics as being somewhat different, saying"While only one player on the team was born in Canada, nine of the thirteen players on the roster grew up in Canada, and eleven had played previously in Canada."
    Wikipedia also gives specific English birthplaces for the UK players.
