I meant I could not find any female names....

From Zb's list in Question 113480 starting at the bottom up, the first five at least show no women in their cast and crew litings, which imdb verifies as complete. Actually, "A Wing and a Prayer" lists archive footage of Alice Faye and Betty Grable shown on screen as being in the newsreel that the soldiers watch on board.
