Can anyone identify a poem about a young man caring for his father, as his father is old and weakened by illness? There is something about his father with his arms out, swinging the son as a child, possibly comparing the father to a tree, and the words "it's alright Dad" or maybe "it's ok Dad" are repeated several times. I've been trying to find it for years now with no success.

The father played the older version of his son in a movie while the son played the older version of his father in a TV series in which they lived at the Elliot Bay Towers, though not at the same time. Who is this real-life father and son duo?
