perhaps your question should be rephrased along the lines of "which animal was alleged by the discovery channel a few years ago to be the only one which has never been seen yawning?" all sounds a bit implausible to me. what about insects, or annelids? and sponges don't even have a mouth, which i suspect would be very frustrating for them when they got tired.
