    What does "I will stay tuned" mean? Does it mean I will stay alert and always be concenrated for sth to come up?

    		It comes from the days of radio, when stations wanted viewers to refrain from switching channels during commercials, and 'stay tuned' for the next segment. It carried forward into television, and is now used colloquially to build suspense that something is about to happen, or to be announced.
