    Yes.
    Budapest Korond square was renamed Adolf Hitler square,

    Classical Weimar Karl August Allee/ Freedom square was also named Adolf Hitler Platz

    Cracow Rynek Square was changed to Hitlerplatz

    There is a Hitler, North Dakota.

    But that was named for Jim Hitler who lived in the early 19 hundreds.

    Therefore, I think the answer should be "no". I can't find any towns/cities named after him, but there were several streets, squares etc.
