An arrest warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan Thursday in Beverly Hills after the actress neglected to appear at a probation hearing related to her 2007 drunk driving case. Lohan’s attorney responded to the Judge Marsha Revel’s warrant by informing the court that Lohan was stranded in France “because her passport had been lost or stolen during a trip to the Cannes film festival,” according to Reuters. Revel set bail at $100,000 and ordered Lohan to undergo random drug and alcohol tests once a week and be fitted with an alcohol monitoring bracelet upon her return.

Fast forward several hours:
Just in to the ET News Desk: A new development in the Lindsay Lohan saga.
A Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman tells us the bench warrant issued for Lohan has been recalled. The actress -- whose bail was set at $100,000 -- paid a bail bond company $10,000 for the bond.
The court spokesman says the bail bond company indicated that Lohan's new court date could take place next Monday at 8:30 a.m.
The actress failed to appear at her mandatory court hearing today, resulting in the warrant. Her bail was set at $100,000. She was reportedly stuck in France because she claims her passport was stolen while she was at the Cannes Film Festival.
