How are catering type microwave ovens able to work normally with metal objects inside them?

I have checked, and apparently it's not the ovens but the containers which are able to be microwaved:
"There are, however, pots and pans made specifically for use in the microwave, which are made of metal. These are usually labeled as Microwave Safe, and can be used for a wide range of cooking. "
Fancy that!
