As star_gazer's link shows, Kennedy established a Commission on the Status of women in 1961, which operated until 1963. As Lynda Bird Johnson was born in 1944, she was only 17 when the committee was established, and 19 when it wound up. It is extremely unlikely that he appointed her to the commission!

I can find no reference to a national President's Advisory Committee for Women (there is one for the University of Washington, for what it's worth), nor can I find any mention of Lynda Bird Johnson Robb's involvement in any such committee.

It was Jimmy Carter that appointed her in 1977 and she was 33 years old at the time
