The Antonov An-225 is the world's largest fixed wing aircraft.
February 2010, the An-225 transported 108 tonnes of construction machinery from Japan to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic for quake-stricken Haiti.

Yet, Beriev Be-2500 is the aircraft I think that you are talking about. The finished aircraft will be the largest in the world, but it is not yet been fully developed by Russia. If it enters service, it will become the new largest aircraft in the world, surpassing another aircraft designed in a territory of the former Soviet Union, the Antonov An-225.

Actually I am talking about another planned aircraft. Think of the different types of aircrafts.
