Did Noah's sons each have only one wife?

It never says that in the Bible. It is always assumed by legend surrounding the flood story, but there's no way to know. It's possible. Noah's wife is referred to in the singular though.

His sons were all named Ben? I though they were Shem, Ham and Japheth.

Yes, well, Peter was assuming just like the rest of us. I checked again - the Bible doesn't mention the number of Noah's daughters-in-law, though Genesis does state that the three sons were the ancestors of every living human on earth (Gen. 9:18).

There isn't any definitive monogamous statement, though. Three sons and three wives does notnecessariy mean one man, one wife. There could have been one with two wives, and one who hadn't gotten around to it yet. (Just saying, as a reminder not to jump to conclusions from very didgy evidence!)
