Yes
Steven Van Zandt (born November 22, 1950) is an American musician, songwriter, arranger, record producer, actor, and radio disc jockey, who frequently goes by the stage names Little Steven or Miami Steve. He is best known as a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, in which he plays guitar and mandolin, and as an actor in the television drama The Sopranos, in which he played Silvio Dante. Little Steven was also in a band called "Little Steven and The Disciples of Soul".

I'll add that Equity rules stop anyone using their own name if an existing member has the same one, hence examples like Michael J Fox and James Stewart, who was actually called Stewart Grainger. So basically if there's someone in the same country with the same name as an actor it's almost certain it will be the same person. The same rule however does not apply to musicians, so you can have as many of those as exist.
