Magcargo - which evolves at Level 38 - looks quite cool with that lava shell it has. But temperature-wise it's far from cool, around 18,000 degrees Fahrenheit to be precise. If caught out in the rain, the water vaporises into a real peasouper of a fog - while from time to time flames break through its shell:
