How long does it take for snow falling on central Antarctica to reach the ocean as ice?

Potentially it never does.
The Antarctic continent is classed as a desert. It is a land mass with a 1 mile thick ice sheet. Precipitation (snow) is minimal, 0.8 inches per year. Ice does flow in ice streams into the sea as glaciers, but some central areas have no ice streams (see graphic at link). The Antarctic ice streams are relatively slow, so 50 to 100 years if it landed at the source of an ice stream.
