    		Phew, I've finally heard it for the first time since the 60s, it has been identified as Living it Up, played here by Bert Kaempfert so you can all hear it nicely and may even be familiar.

    		Living it Up was the theme song of the Children's TV show Kapitein Zeppos, which played in Belgium and the Netherlands...and also England.

    		Thanks D, I discovered that soon afterwards, but forgot to add it so good thing you did. I remember hearing it but not the programme at all which is odd.
