    There was an award to capture Gable, not kill him, but I can't find a source on the amount.
    Another possibility is James Stewart, but his bombing missions were much less publicized.

    Leslie Howard, an outspoken anti-Nazi and spy for Britain was killed when the plane he was a passenger on was shot down by German warplanes. I couldn't find anything about a price on his head, but it seems a distinct possibility.

    Howard's Second World War activities included acting and filmmaking. He was active in anti-Nazi propaganda and reputedly involved with British or Allied Intelligence, which may have led to his untimely death in 1943 when his airliner was shot down, sparking modern conspiracy theories regarding his death.
