Heaviest US president is pretty much a "standard" trivia must-know, second having been recently asked. These two men were also the top two most unhealthy US presidents given their weight and other health issues. Who ranks third as the most unhealthiest US president and why?

I don't think we can get a definitive answer on this, not having medical records or contemporary medical opinions, but I can't let this pass.

I nominate William Henry Harrison. He got chilled giving his inaugural address and died of pneumonia 32 days later. Definitely the unhealthiest while in office!

Star_gazer is very likely correct that JFK suffered more frequently and painfully from chronic ailments than any other President who comes to mind, although he hid that fact like FDR hid his paralysis.

I have lots of quibbles with that Fitness Magazine list. Cleveland had that oral cancer, but Taft was hale and excessively hearty, living a long, productive life after the presidency. How could Reagan and Teddy Roosevelt be the 8th and 9th least healthy? They count bullet wounds! But leave FDR in his braces and wheelchair doesn't make the list.
