And the capital of Grenada is St. George's. Well, I'm confused.

From the first link above:
The Grenadines is a Caribbean island chain of over 600 islands in the Windward Islands.
They are divided between the island nations of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada. They lie between the islands of Saint Vincent in the north and Grenada in the south. Neither Saint Vincent nor Grenada are Grenadine islands. The islands north of the Martinique Channel belong to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the islands south of the channel belong to Grenada.

Well, Port Elizabeth is the capital of the Grenadines parish, St.Vincent and the Grenadines. So we are talking about a local, not a national capital. Kingstown is the national capital of St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
Hillsborough is the largest town of the Grenada part of the Grenadines, but I am not sure if it is the "capital" of a parish or another local division.

Well, indeed Hillsborough is!
The Grenadine Islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique belong to Grenada and the terrotory is listed as a dependency of Grenada, which is indeed an administrative unit!
So Hillsborough is the capital of this unit.
