On what Miles Davis album did the song "Doxy" first appear?

Question #118852. Asked by serpa. (Nov 21 10 10:00 PM)

    schuhmacher

"Doxy" is an early composition by jazz saxophonist Sonny Rollins. It first appeared on the 1954 Miles Davis album Bags' Groove, performed by Davis on trumpet, Rollins on tenor saxophone, Horace Silver on piano, Percy Heath on bass, and Kenny Clarke on drums. When Rollins eventually established his own record label, he named it Doxy Records. The chords are from Bob Carleton's 16-bar song, "Ja-Da".

How many names are said in the album that the first song on the album starts with, "A long, long time ago" and the last song ends with the words, "There's still a little place, called _____"? The missing word would give away the name of the song.
