    What is gobo lighting?

Question #119838. Asked by serpa. (Jan 08 11 8:26 PM)

    cag1970

Commonly used in theatrical and motion picture applications, gobo lighting is used to manipulate the shape of light. A template with a desired shape is placed in front of a light source, so that it sits between the source and the target. The light at the target reflects only the light allowed through the template.
