What is unique about the license plates of Rhode Island?

Rhode Island's six digit format is one of two, they do also have two letters and three numbers, without checking all 50 states I wouldn't be too surprised if that's unique as most I do know have a minimum 6 total characters. Illinois used to have an unusual format of one letter plus six numbers but used them up now. I can't add the link here as it's a members page only but part of www.europlate.org.uk

As of 2007, Rhode Island no longer issues the 2 letter - three digit plates, relying entirely on the 6-digit plates.

That wiki page is not correct. Florida does not have standard issue 6 digit plates. Their standard issue plates are in the format
N00 00A

The other one is Delaware, but their standard issue is 6 digits unbroken.
