I'm doing research on Lucifer, the fallen one, and I have a few unanswered questions. I'm in need of your help, so why and when did God create the angels, seraphim, cherubim and archangels? Was it after he created the universe until Eden, or before?

It doesn't clearly say it in the bible, however it does state that angels were created, so likely at the time of the heavens in the Genesis creation. And also likely before Earth was created, as per Job 38:4-7 where the angels (sons of God) shouted for joy when he laid the foundations of the earth.

The angels are represented throughout the Christian Bible as a body of spiritual beings intermediate between God and men: "You have made him (man) a little less than the angels..." (Psalms 8:4,5). Some Christians believe that angels are created beings, and use the following passage as evidence: "praise ye Him, all His angels: praise ye Him, all His hosts... for He spoke and they were made. He commanded and they were created..." (Psalms 148:2-5; Colossians 1:16). The Fourth Lateran Council (1215) declared that the angels were created beings. The Council's decree Firmiter credimus (issued against the Albigenses) declared both that angels were created and that men were created after them. The First Vatican Council (1869) repeated this declaration in Dei Filius, the "Dogmatic constitution on the Catholic faith". Of note is that the Bible describes the function of angels as "messengers" and does not indicate when the creation of angels occurred.

I don't think I can give a link, but I do remember reading somewhere in the annals of Jewish tradition about the second day of Creation being the day in which the angels (the "heavenly council") came into being. Since they came into existence, so did division, argument, disagreement, and strife, and that's why the second day of creation is the only one on which the Bible doesn't say God saw anything as good.

The Bilble speaks about the creation of angels, but it seems they have not existed from all eternity (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:2,5).
In Colossians 1:16-17, St Paul explains:
“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created by Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
In Job 38:4-7, we read that “the sons of God shouted for joy” when God laid the foundations of the earth. Genesis states that Earth was created on the third day, so the angels were probably created on the second day, along with heaven.
