Yes, as long as a planet has a moon, which Mercury and Venus do not, so bad luck there.
Mars's two moons are too small to cover the disc of the Sun as seen from Mars, and Jupiter and the other gas giants have some pretty hefty moons but because they are so far from the sun, an occlusi9on event (a fancy name for an eclipse) juts blots out another star and does not create such wonders as day becoming night and Baillys' beads just to name a few.
