How many stars are estimated to be in the universe?

There are estimated to be about 100 billion galaxies in the universe and about 2 billion stars per galaxy. That comes to 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars, and what that number is called, I have no idea!

Way, way, way, more than there are grains of sand on all the beaches of all the earth. We had problems just counting the ones visible to the unaided eye. With Hubble, they've discovered thousands, maybe millions of galaxies, all of which are made up of millions and millions of their own stars...
I don't know what the most recent estimate is, but I'd assume that it won't stand for long!
