    Who was the actress who originally appeared in the logo of Gainsborough Pictures when it was founded in 1930?

    		British film historian Pam Cook recently published a book, 'Gainsborough Pictures, rethinking British Cinema' which undoubtedly contains the answer to this question. However, Amazon wants too much for me to send for it to get the answer.

    		It seems to have been an actress named Glennis(?) Lorrimer - not sure about the spelling of that first name, but that's how the site I'm quoting spells it.
