What song got John Lennon sued for plagiarism because the first 2 lines were the same as Chuck Berry's "You Can't Catch Me"?

    Question #121733. Asked by 29CoveRoad. (Jun 04 11 5:54 PM)

    The song "Come Together".

The lines weren't exactly the same. John Lennon sang "Here come ol' flattop, he come groovin' up slowly", and Chuck Berry sing "Here come a flattop, he was movin' up with me".
