    Other than unlimited speeds like Germany's autobahn, what country has the highest posted speed limit, in km/h, on its major highways?

    		From 2005 to 2010 Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates had theirs at 160 km/h although it was reduced to 140 km/h in 2011.
