    Ulysses S. Grant was also General of the Army, as well as Washington and Eisenhower.

    Eisenhower, B. Harrison, Arthur, Garfield, Hayes, Grant, A.Johnson, Pierce, Taylor, W.H. Harrison, A.Jackson, Washington.
