What newspaper's first issue in 1955 declared it would serve "the most unique and interesting community in America"?

Cites these newspapers as starting their life in 1955:

    L'Algonquin
    The Anson Record
    Canadian Chronicle
    Southeast Weekly Bulletin
    Tri-Country Tribune
    and The Village Voice

The Village Voice is most likely to call themselves serving a unique and interesting community, but I could not find print to that effect.
Not listed in that link, but also serving very interesting communities are The Citizen's Council http://www.citizenscouncils.com/ and of course, The Disneyland News http://cgi.ebay.com/Disneyland-News-Vol-1-1-July-1955-1st-Edition-/370502956859
