How many moons in the Solar System are larger than the dwarf planet Pluto?

In our solar system, are there any moons as large as a planet? Since Pluto is so controversial, it doesn't count as a planet in my question.

Are all of the moons in our solar system solid or non-gaseous (to differentiate from the four gas planets); the question is essentially are there any moons which are similar in composition to the gas giants? terrestrial?
