How many gun shots were fired in the first 60 episodes of the TV show "Dragnet"?

    Question #122840. Asked by 29CoveRoad. (Aug 04 11 9:58 PM)

Jack Webb, the originator, producer and star of DRAGNET, was very proud of the nonviolent aspects of the show, and there were actually only 15 gun shots in the first 60 episodes, and only half a dozen punches thrown.
