    		Mr Bernard Rayner was Trafalgar Square's last pigeon feed seller (hence tuppence in a bag = pigeon feed). London's Mayor, Ken Livingstone, detested pigeons and stripped Rayner of his pigeon feeding license in Feb. of 2001.
