Nicholas Guy was one of the first settlers at John Guy's Cuper's Cove, Conception Bay, Newfoundland, Canada and the father of the first English child born in Newfoundland and subsequently all of the country of Canada.

The baby is identified only as Baby Guy. There is a plaque in his honor at Cupids Museum, Cupids, Newfoundland and Labrador.
