It's Jim Palmer who is the TV spokesman for The Money Store. After Phil Rizzuto retired from baseball, he went on to become The Yankees radio and TV announcer or spokesman. Another interesting fact I found out is, Phil Rizzuto is the voice you hear calling the plays in the song Paradise By The Dashboard Light by Meatloaf. Apparently Meatloaf tricked him into doing it, he had no idea how it was going to be used, and kept wondering why all the plays were so close. He found out from his son when the album was released. There's a bit of obscure trivia for those who didn't already know! Other than being the spokesperson for the Yankees. I couldn't find any product endorsements he may have done on TV.

I humbly apologize, you are both correct. Phil Rizzuto was a spokesman for The Money Store. I should have done more research to be positive of what I though was a correct answer. Fifty lashes with wet noodle for me!
