The others would be Sint Maarten, and Caribbean Netherlands, (Curacao having earlier issued stamps between 1873 and 1948)

The three public bodies of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba started issuing postal stamps after the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles. The islands form a separate postage region under the name Caribisch Nederland (English: Caribbean Netherlands). The first stamp issued showed the maps of the three islands. Stamps of similar design were issued in the other newly formed postage regions of Sint Maarten and CuraƧao.

Smart answer, 22crows. Some may think that Curacao was the third country, but Curacao had an earlier history of stamps. "Caribbean Netherlands" isn't really a "country", but it issues its own stamps.

Here is a nice view of some new stamps from all the "new" Dutch-Caribbean countries.
